Here We Are!

 Wow, here we are, a Blog for me to reflect, share, laugh, cry, ponder, wish, dream, and muse with like-minded people! I've always wanted to share my thoughts so here we are, and since every website needs a theme I decided to go with Herbs as they are one of my passions. Who doesn't love the taste and aroma of the humble herb? So amazing to wander around my yard and see the plants that I have nursed into life! I am at a stage of starting again garden-wise so there is much trial and tribulation at the moment - thank goodness for the magnificent Pepper Tree that has become my bosom buddy, we talk daily!

The actual veggie patch is adequate at the moment but will grow - I can never help myself! lol This pic was taken at the beginning of Spring. I harvested a nice lot of beans, tomatoes, and Chokos. Now I have peas in and though a little slow I'm sure that they will spring along very soon I hope! Peas are one of my favourite vegetables but I have never had much luck with them - never have I been able to grow enough to have an actual meal from them. Fingers crossed this lot will be the change in the tide! :)
